Annam Brahma
Founded in 2018, Annam Brahma is a selfless food seva initiative rooted in over 100 years of yogic wisdom, compassion, and service. Inspired by Dr. Jayadeva Yogendra and guided by Hansaji Yogendra, the initiative serves two free wholesome, nutritious sattvik meals daily with dignity and love. From supporting people in need to serving frontline workers during COVID-19, Annam Brahma continues to nourish lives through its food truck services, reaching diverse communities including hospitals, slum areas, BMC schools, police camps, and underserved sections of society.

Free Yoga for BMC Students
The Yoga Institute's Free Yoga Education Program for BMC Schools has empowered economically challenged students through holistic yoga education since 1994. Through asanas, pranayama, yogic games, relaxation techniques, and value-based learning, the program supports key child developmental parameters such as physical health, concentration, emotional balance, discipline, confidence, social behaviour, and personality development. The initiative has reached hundreds of schools and impacted lakhs of students through the timeless wisdom of yoga.

Yoga for Women Empowerment
The Yoga Institute conducts regular wellness camps and empowerment initiatives for women to support physical health, emotional balance, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. Through yoga asanas, pranayama, relaxation techniques, ritucharya, dinacharya, diet guidance, and holistic wellness practices, women learn to manage stress and life's challenges with greater strength and balance. Initiatives like Project Navshakti further promote healing, confidence-building, and livelihood opportunities for a healthier, more dignified life.

Yoga for Police's Wellness
Launched in 2008, The Yoga Institute's Yoga for Police initiative supports police personnel in managing stress, improving resilience, and enhancing overall well-being through specially designed yoga and meditation sessions. Created for those working in high-pressure and emotionally demanding environments, the program focuses on physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. Thousands of police officers have been trained, helping them lead healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives while serving society.

Yoga for Special Children
Yoga for Special Children Needs by The Yoga Institute is a gentle therapeutic program that enhances strength, flexibility, focus, and emotional well-being while reducing anxiety and behavioural challenges. The program supports key developmental parameters including motor coordination, balance, concentration, sensory awareness, confidence, communication, social interaction, and independent functioning. Thousands of children from institutions like Gharkul, Reach Out, and Rangoonwala Foundation have benefited.

Yoga for Transport Workers
Truckasana, launched in 2018 by The Yoga Institute in collaboration with Castrol India, is a wellness initiative designed for truck drivers to support their physical and mental well-being through simple yogic practices. The program helps manage stress, fatigue, posture-related concerns, and overall health. Lakhs of truck drivers have been trained through Truckasana and Highway Heroes initiatives conducted across major transport hubs, empowering India's drivers with holistic wellness and honouring those who tirelessly keep the nation moving.

Yoga for Cancer
Yoga for Cancer is a compassionate healing initiative by The Yoga Institute, offering therapeutic yoga practices tailored for individuals undergoing cancer care. In the last 5 years, thousands of patients have benefited from improved emotional resilience, reduced treatment side effects, and enhanced wellbeing. We also conduct regular sessions at Indian Cancer Society, Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children and Tata Memorial Centre to promote holistic health, cancer awareness, and restorative care. The approach integrates gentle asanas, breathing techniques, and relaxation to support recovery with comfort, dignity, and strength.

Yoga for Senior Citizens
Yoga for Senior Citizens is a wellness initiative focused on improving the quality of life of senior adults through age-appropriate yogic practices. The program supports physical strength, better balance, improved sleep, and emotional stability. It encourages graceful aging by nurturing body awareness, reducing stress, and promoting positivity, ensuring that senior citizens experience health, dignity, and peace in everyday life.

Yoga for Peace: Healing Ukraine
The Yoga Institute's Yoga for International Peace (Ukraine) initiative stands as a heartfelt effort to promote harmony, healing, and resilience amidst global conflict. Through the ancient wisdom of yoga, the program offers practices of breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement to support emotional balance and inner strength for those affected. It aims to foster compassion, unity, and peace beyond borders, reminding humanity of shared wellbeing and hope even in challenging times. The initiative reflects yoga as a universal path to peace and healing.

Blood Donation Drives
At The Yoga Institute, service to humanity is an integral part of yoga. Our Blood Donation Drive supports patients in critical need through regular donation camps conducted for hospitals including Tata Memorial Centre and Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children. The donated blood helps cancer patients, children with blood disorders, emergency cases, surgeries, and critical care requirements. Rooted in compassion and seva, the initiative spreads healing, hope, and collective care.
